Supernatural mag ja hierzulande erst seit Carlos Santanas Riesenerfolg vom Sommer 1999 einer größeren Fangemeinde ein Begriff sein, die beiden Musiker und Komponisten Peter Wolf (Geang, Gitarren) und Thomas Krämer (Bass, Keys, Computer, Gitarren & Produktion) hatten aber schon im Jahre 1993 ein Projekt gleichen Namens gestartet.
Nachdem man über mehrere Jahre hinweg mit verschiedenen Künstlern und Formationen sowohl im Studio als auch Live unterwegs war, entschlossen sich die beiden ihre eigene Musik zu machen. Das erste Resultat dieser Zusammenarbeit wurde mit "The Calling" vorgestellt (1998), das feste Sendeplaetze im ambient Radio belegte obwohl die eigentliche Absicht war, Musik zu Bildern zu produzieren ohne groesseres Augenmerk auf Radio airplay zu richten.
'Bad Day' (2005) stellt die Rueckkehr des Duos zu Song Strukturen dar, melodischem, radiotauglichem Pop-Rock, "der Vergleiche mit Kuenstlern wie Tom Petty, Peter Gabriel, Wallflowers, U2 oder Coldplay nicht zu scheuen braucht" (Tom Wheeler, Rolling Stone/Guitar Player magazine, USA, Dave Burrluck, Guitarist Magazine, UK).
Seit der Übersiedlung Peters in die USA wurde die Zusammenarbeit nicht nur trans-atlantisch fortgeführt sondern eher noch intensiviert.

Mit 'Never give up' stellten Supernatural im Maerz 2007 ihr drittes Album vor, daß über einen Zeitraum von 18 Monaten entstanden ist und in Studios in Deutschland, den USA und Portugal aufgenommen wurde.

Tom & Pete arbeiten bereits am Nachfolgealbum 'open arms', das vorraussichtlich Ende 2008 fertig sein wird. Bis zur Veroeffentlichung von 'open arms' koennt Ihr hier auf besonic auch schon in songs des neuen Albums reinhoeren...und 'work in progress' downloaden ~ Viel Spass!

Supernatural have been compared to Artists such as Howie Day, Coldplay, U2, Tom Petty or Peter Gabriel. Peter Wolf & Thomas Kraemer started to work on tracks and songs in 1991, after touring and recording with different Artists and projects. Some of these sessions later led to their first album 'The Calling' (October 1998). Tracks of 'The Calling' quickly occupied ambient radio stations although the original intent was to create music to visuals without paying too much attention to commercial radio. The tracks of Supernatural's first album have been described as mood music, leading you to places in your heart, mind and soul.

Both Peter Wolf (vocals, guitars) & Thomas Kraemer (keys, bass, guitars, production) have been creating sound scapes to visuals and appreciate their music being used in commercials and independent films.

The recent album 'Bad Day' (May 2005) marked the Band's return to ambient Pop/Rock tunes with melodic hooks crying out loud for airplay on both sides of the Atlantic. Tracks like "I don't wanna know" or 'Bad Day' (which was written five years before Daniel Powters smash hit) as well as the moody ballads on Supernatural's second record, secured the Duo a small but faithful following all over the World.

Although the members of Supernatural been living on different continents and while tracks of 'Bad Day' continue to getting frequent spins on commercial radio, Supernatural have finished producing their new album 'Never give up'. After 18 months of writing, recording and fine tuning, which included recording sessions in the US and Europe, this highly anticipated third release has hit the streets in February 2007. 'Never give up' continues with ambient, melodic Pop/Rock songs, manifesting their quest to writing and producing supernatural music across borders and even continents. The title track 'Never give up'was written for Germany's National soccer team and the Fifa World Cup 2006.

The Duo is currently writing and recording tracks for their upcoming 4th album ' open arms'
