Dominika is a singer/songwriter of Polish descent who grew up in Germany (birthplace: Essen) and is now living in Hollywood, CA, in order to pursue the passion of her life: Music!
Being classically trained in piano since she was a little kid and always having had the urge to sing since very young, music was always a big part of her life. Since the age of eight she had numerous classical piano performances throughout Germany, and also being a devoted dancer (Ballet, jazz-dance, Hip Hop, Salsa, Merengue) she was used to being on stage since the age of four and thouroughly enjoyed these means of creative expression.
While studying International Business Administration in Vienna, the former musical capital of the world, she noticed that there was nothing else in her life that she'd rather do than music!
Encouraged by her Vocal Coach in Vienna, she decided to move to Los Angeles and completely devote herself to her creative passion.
In her brother, Barto, she found an excellent producer and creative partner with whom she created a unique R&B Style, which mirrors all her different musical influences in her life.
Effortlessly they mix strong Hip Hop beats, smooth R&B grooves, and fiercy dance hall rythms with passionate Gypsy music, Middle Eastern and Asian melodies and Instrumentation and playful classical passages.
Her sultry and soulful voice together with her rich background harmonies and Barto's classy production, make her music a tasty blend of different musical influences inviting you to hit the dancefloor.
