The old Swedish song ”Ack Värmeland, Du Sköna” became internationally known thru an interpretation by the saxofonist Stan Getz. He called his version ”Dear Old Stockholm”, although the folksong in fact celebrates the beauty of a rural part of southern Sweden. My version leans more upon the original Swedish folksong.
